Fabrizio has shown great professionalism in organizing food promotions, kitchen set ups as well as being part of the marketing side of our hotel every time that he worked with us.

His understanding of local culture in dining, spending as well as consumer behaviors really helped us. He is able to teach, share and educate our front line employees in simple words and clear actions.

His oversight of the new Angelina menu was a much needed injection, and was extremely well received by our customers.
