I am an experienced Bar Manager with over 12 years of proven results in the F&B and hospitality industries. Having managed bars across Europe and Asia, I lead them towards not only great service and concoctions but also business performance and profitability.

My recipe for success in the F&B industry starts from having passion and a remarkable zeal to lead a team. From designing new cocktail menus, training staff on beverage knowledge and operational standards, to performing cost control and profit analysis, I demonstrate a diverse and comprehensive skillset with a keen eye for details.
