Equipped with a culinary arsenal of innovative cooking techniques and more than 25 years of experience working for renowned five-star resorts, luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, Chef Fabriziowill craft delicious concoctions that look to the future as much as they pay homage to the past.
From June 25 to July 8, Chef Fabrizio’s extensive yet attentively constructed menu will be available for you to experience at ‘NAMO Italian restaurant. Indulge yourself in angastronomic experience crafted by Chef Fabrizio, who has specially prepared two options for Saigon’s eaters including choices for both seafood and meat lovers.
Aside from his impeccable and innovative culinary creations, Chef Fabrizio will also be hosting weekly cooking classes on June 30, alongside July 1, 7 & 8 at ‘NAMO Italian Restaurant. The price is VND790,000++ per person, followed by lunch and one glass of paired wine.
